I found the subscription billing a bit confusing, and canceling wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I eventually figured it out, but it felt like it should’ve been easier. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

"Helpful in spots, but kind of all over"
I was hoping for clearer info from drlivingood.com. More depth. More simple explaining. Some of the tips were useful, yeah. But a lot felt basic. Or repeated. Like I had heard it already.
The site also jumps around a bit. Hard to stay focused. Sometimes it felt like I was being moved to the next offer or next thing instead of just learning. Not awful. Just not as helpful as I wanted

"Shipping was slow again"
My order did eventually arrive, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. What’s frustrating is this feels like the same issue all over again, waiting around with barely any updates and not really knowing what’s going on. I’m glad it showed up, but the whole process was tiring.

"Actually tastes good and mixes without much effort"
I was kind of surprised by how good this tastes because I’ve tried a bunch of health powders that have that weird chalky aftertaste or feel like something you just have to suffer through, but this one is actually easy to drink and I don’t find myself making a face or trying to rush through it just to get it over with.
It mixes really easily in cold water too, just a few shakes and it’s pretty much good to go, and while I’ve noticed a tiny bit settling at the bottom once or twice it hasn’t been a big deal at all, so overall I’m really happy with it

"Actually feeling better, which surprised me!!"
I’ve been using Dr. Livingood products for a little while now, and honestly... I really do feel a difference!! The greens mix and the supplements are super easy to take, and my energy just feels more steady throughout the day, which I definitely appreciate!!!
I wasn’t expecting anything wild or life-changing, but so far it’s been working well for me!! Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there... I’m planning to keep using it and see how it keeps going!!!

The package showed up in perfect condition and was packed really well. Nothing to complain about, though the packaging was maybe a little more than needed. Overall, it did the job and everything arrived safely.

"The community actually helped a lot"
After I ordered from drlivingood.com, I had a question and ended up posting it in the community. A couple people jumped in quickly and shared what had worked for them, which was really helpful. The support team was nice too, and nobody came off pushy. Then suddenly I was like, okay wait, this is way less stressful than I expected. I’m still figuring things out, but it felt like actual real people trying to help, and that made everything a lot less confusing.

I felt like the prices were fair for what I got, or at least they seemed that way compared to other options I looked at. Shipping took a few days, which I guess is normal. The bundle deal saved me some money, and everything was simple to order and use. I’d probably buy again when I run out.
